I just wanted to thank you for taking care of me. Never in my mind would any other company replace a sleeping bag that was 17 years old due to loft issues. I am sure I would have received the explanation that it was a limited lifetime warranty and they meant the lifetime of the bag and that it had met it’s lifetime. I have used the super light bag extensively in the Rocky mountains in Canada and now live in Utah and look forward to many more years of staying warm with one of the best bags made. I hope to one day add the over bag to have the FTRSS. I have recommended this bag to everyone and anyone for the last 17 years I have had it, and I hope that it has enlightened others to the quality and they too have become customers. It is always great when on a camp and someone’s down bag gets wet and is useless knowing I never have to worry about that.
