The Wiggy's sleeping bag guarantee is for a lifetime of use. If a seam opens or the Lamilite insulation deteriorates (such as losing its loft or separating, clumping in one place or another), Wiggy’s will repair or replace your bag at no charge. However, we reserve the right to examine any returned sleeping bag and will make the decision whether the return is justified depending on the appearance of the bag, demonstrating whether it has been properly cared for or shows signs of abuse.
A full rectangular Hunter model, the Hunter Super Light sleeping bag is designed without a hood and is rated at 0° F.
The bag is made with a 118" #10 YKK molded tooth heavy-duty zipper which runs from the upper right corner to the lower left corner of the bag. When fully unzipped, this sleeping bag can lay flat like a blanket or be used to "mate" to another Wiggy's Hunter (rectangular) style sleeping bag with matching 118" zipper. The mated bags can then be used for couples camping, or if in an emergency situation, for shared body heat.
To mate the bags, unzip both bags completely and place one bag on the bottom (lining facing up) and one bag on the top (lining facing down). Then simply zip both bags together.
Hi Jerry,
I just received my "Hunter Super Lt." bag and Liner Vest....and I couldn't be happier with both. I am looking forward to an opportunity to try them out. The best way for me to explain my impression of both items is that you simply don't know what you're missing until you buy products like these...
I'm also proud to say that I bought these quality items from a manufacturer in the USA...Thank You!
– Sincerely, Jason Trentini
Dear Wiggys,
I purchased a Hunter Super Lt. a few years ago and used it on two Colorado elk hunts in mild temperatures where it wan not really tested. I just returned from a moose hunt on the Iditarod River in western Alaska. I don't know how cold it was, but every morning there was a layer of ice on all our gear and our wading boots were frozen stiff. While my tent mates were zipped up all the way in their mummy bags breathing out their blowholes, I was toasty warm in my Wiggys bag with the zipper half way down. At the beginning of the trip they were mocking me for the size of my bag, as their bags compacted to half its size. At the end of the trip they were eyeballing it and I had to make sure it wound up in the right gear pile when we left Alaska.
Thank you for your excellent “American Made” product.
Sincerely,
– Brett Lawson, Millbrae, CA
