The Wiggy's sleeping bag guarantee is for a lifetime of use. If a seam opens or the Lamilite insulation deteriorates (such as losing its loft or separating, clumping in one place or another), Wiggy’s will repair or replace your bag at no charge. However, we reserve the right to examine any returned sleeping bag and will make the decision whether the return is justified depending on the appearance of the bag, demonstrating whether it has been properly cared for or shows signs of abuse.
The Hunter Ultra Light with a hood is a big seller for folks doing high dessert camping, rafting in the Grand Canyon or ORVing. Comfortable at +20° F this sleeping bag sees most of its sales in the Mid-West States. When combined with the Nautilus Overbag with Hood, the Ultra Light FTRSS is rated at -20° F.
This bag also comes with a choice of three zippers; all zippers are made from a #10 YKK molded tooth zipper. When mated, the bags can then be used for couples camping, or if in an emergency situation, for shared body heat.
The best sleeping bag I have ever seen or slept in. Nothing at REI, Cabelas or Bass Pro Shops compares to the quality and warmth and comfort of this USA made bag. I loved it and the comforter so much I am buying more for the rest of my family for camping. Lamilite is the real deal and Wiggy makes a top quality product!!

I cannot describe how much my life has improved in the last thirty days. That's how long ago I ended my deliberation, got on Wiggys.com, and ordered my Hunter Ultra Light (With Hood) › Rectangular Sleeping Bag (Color: Black, Zipper Length & Location: 118" Full Zipper (Upper Right to Lower Left), Stuff Sack Style: Top-Down).
You see, I am on a permanent hammock camping session. For over a year now I have been living in the North Carolina mountains near Asheville, but also travelling for work to Charlotte. While in Charlotte I sleep in the backyard while my co-workers sleep inside. I much prefer my hammock to a borrowed bed. I am in Charlotte now, listening to an owl bellow out his last commands of the evening.
I think it's important that you understand that I sleep every night in my Wiggy's sleeping bag. Equally important is the fact that until thirty days ago, I had been using complete garbage as far as sleeping bags are concerned. I had no idea two products of the same type could be so different. Whereas my previous bag damn near let me freeze to death, my Wiggy's kept me from freezing to death just two weeks ago in a large stand of mountain laurel just outside of Hendersonville, NC. This bag is rated at twenty degrees Fahrenheit. That morning saw temps dip to almost zero with the wind factored in. Just a little thirty-five MPH sustained and only gusting up to sixty. That and me with my light clothing (I nearly payed for the mistake of packing no extreme cold gear with my life) meant I was in dire straits.
By the time I reached my camp Sunday evening I was already beyond cold, and my hands were completely numb. I hate wind. With a passion. I still had to set up camp. The tarp was an ordeal what with the screaming, bone chilling, near hurricane force winds. My hands were almost useless, especially tying the tarp with paracord. I had to tie the knots with my teeth.
Finally I got finished and laid in the Wiggy's bag. I was very worried when it seemed kike I was laying in an ice block. Within minutes my fears melted away (ha ha) and I began to warm up. The winds howled all night, but I didn't hear it. I slept until time to pack up (4:45 am), hike out of the woods and a mile to the store, then ride to Charlotte. My other bag would not have kept me warm. I made the right choice when I bought from Wiggy's.
On a personal level, Jerry Wigutow helped me through my purchase. Both on the phone and through email. Never met him in my life. I recognized his voice from his YouTube videos. We sent maybe half a dozen emails back and forth. All that for one sleeping bag. To him and everyone involved at any level with making these bags...thank you. Thank you very much.

I bought a super light in 1997. I've used it all around the country in all kinds of situations and it's never failed to keep me warm. My friend also has one and she's so impressed by it she got one for her boyfriend. The bags are so well made and you just wash them when you get home and it's good as new. I'll never let any friend buy anything else. It seems as though they'll last forever.

Good morning Jerry,
I hope you had a great holiday season and were able to enjoy some quality time with friends and family. Over our Christmas weekend we elected to go camping with another family. Living here on the central coast of California we don't usually check the weather that often as it's always sunny and warm but that first night was a surprise to all of us as the temperature dropped down into the low 30's. My 8 year old son and I opted to sleep outside under the stars in our Wiggy bags and were so warm and snug it was amazing.
I also wanted to include a photo of my son in his bag taken from inside of mine. We woke up with our bags covered in frost and we were the warmest of the bunch!
– Thank You, Joseph Ramirez
