The Wiggy's sleeping bag guarantee is for a lifetime of use. If a seam opens or the Lamilite insulation deteriorates (such as losing its loft or separating, clumping in one place or another), Wiggy’s will repair or replace your bag at no charge. However, we reserve the right to examine any returned sleeping bag and will make the decision whether the return is justified depending on the appearance of the bag, demonstrating whether it has been properly cared for or shows signs of abuse.
The Ultra Light is a +20° F (approximately 0° C) rated mummy style bag. It is available in our standard three boat foot sizes.
Like the name implies, the foot end of the bag is shaped like the bow of a boat. The shape causes the Lamilite fiber to come together at the foot end of the bag increasing the insulation markedly and thereby increasing the Lamilite's ability to insulate. Then there is the hood section of the bag. It is flat to begin with, but when you start pulling the draw cord in tight the hood begins to form and a massive amount of insulation forms around your head.
The cost is no different than the standard model I have made for 26 years.
When the Overbag is added to the Ultra Light the temperature rating becomes -20° F (approximately -30° C). When both bags are combined you have the Ultra Light FRTSS.

I swore by the Military Sleep System even after leaving the service. As I got older and wanted to save on weight and size I switched to a Snugpak. That was my first big mistake... I about froze one night and was going to buy another MSS (would have been mistake #2) when a buddy of mine showed up at our hunting site with an extra Wiggy's bag. I had never heard of Wiggy's before but was glad his brother cancelled at the last minute and he had already loaded the truck! He told me to try it for one night before going back to town and making a purchase. I was skeptical but after about 2 minutes inside the bag I knew this was right for me. Lighter, smaller and just as warm as the three military bags put together and way better then the Snugpak items! Thanks Jerry for making SIMPLY THE BEST!

I took my Wiggy's +20 out for the first time in the "snowstorm of the season". No tent, just a bivvy bag and it hit 15 F with 30 mph wind. I was completely warm and peeled off some outer layers for a very comfortable night's sleep. Fantastic bag and uncommon quality, thanks.

Jerry,
Just wanted to thank you for a great product. Just got back from a 13 day DIY sheep / caribou hunt in Northern BC. My new ultralight performed perfectly in very damp and difficult conditions where it was impossible to dry gear due to rain, sleet and snow. Just managing humidity in the tent (ie damp bag) was a constant challenge. I slept comfortably the whole time. It's nice to buy a quality American made product that is a good value and works perfectly.
