AN ARTICLE ABOUT DEVELOPING CHEMICAL SENSATIVITY
The following article should be read by all.
My contention is we are not born with chemical sensitivity but acquire it because of all of the chemicals we are exposed too.
I take great pride in knowing that I make a concerted effort to not purchase any materials that have chemicals added to them. They are all pure finish fabrics.
All of the so called sleeping bags sold via retail stores such as rei, Moosejaw, basspro, cabelas to name a few are made in Asia and the materials are loaded with chemicals. Being in a sleeping bag as being in a car you are surrounded by the fumes.
Thank you, John, for sending the article to me so I could make it available to my readers.
Hi Jerry,
In case you haven’t seen it (and might be interested), here’s an article that reinforces your contentions about the potentially harmful effects of retardant chemicals on fabrics. All the best, John Conley
