CALF JACKETS
Recently it has come to my attention speaking with customer of mine that our large dog jacket would work really well to keep newborn calves warm since they are generally born in early spring.
If my dog jackets are used extensively by dog mushers, it all started with Iditarod mushers 25 years ago, I figure they will work well on calves who are not subjected to the temperature dogs experience racing in Alaska.
For safety purposes the exterior fabric is water-proof strong 200 denier oxford nylon. Its color is international orange so the calf can easily be seen during the day or with a flashlight at night.
They will easily around the whole body of the calf retaining all of the heat the calf is producing.
They are completely washable so they would be clean for the next seasons calving.
The insulation is our exclusive Lamilite that I have been using for 35 plus years, there is nothing of its equal nor in my opinion will there ever be.
These calf jackets will most likely last easily 20 seasons.
Cost $60.00 each
