DUCKSBACK PULLOVERS

For those who have ordered them, shipping will start tomorrow of all black colored models.

I just this week received the Olive Green material so this week it will be cut.

In the meantime the black DUCKSBACK ZIPPERED JACKETS are starting in production; i.e. sewing. They were cut and waiting to follow the pullovers. If all goes well they will be shipping in 2 weeks. All Olive Green will be cut at the same time as the pullovers.

I decided to use the DUCKSBACK material for the cagoule. The weight is 16 ounces. That is at least ¾ of a pound lighter than the current model made with the waterproof urethane coated nylon and it will pack down about 1/3 the size. Once the first one is completed I’ll take pictures of them side by side. I also expect it will be more comfortable since the DUCKSBACK material is vapor permeable. It is on the web site so any who wants one can order them. The availability as for color is black and olive. The blue color will not be available for any garments until May.

Some have asked if I would send them a sample of the DUCKSBACK material, even one person wanted to pay $5.00 for it. The answer is yes I will send a sample at NO CHARGE to anyone who asks. Thanks for the interest. Of course those of you who receive a complete garment I think all of your friends may very well want one too. If these aren’t the most luxurious feeling pullovers I don’t know who makes a better feeling one.
