hello Wiggy I purchased your sleeping bag the one for $75.00 and you advertised it to keep people such as myself warm to 40 degrees F. Wiggy, my friend our bedroom does not read 40F. I get cold at night in a 50 degree F. room. I am a good customer and I am a bit disappointed that I am cold at 50 degrees F. From observing the thickness of the Lamilite insulated sleeping bag it appears as if you were running low or out of Lamilite plus the feel is close to nothing in between the material that keeps the Lamilite in its place. I love being honest. I was hoping that I would be comfortable "if," the temperature was at 40 degrees inside of our home. If my memory serves me correctly you wrote something about the army men using the same bag while out in the field and I think you mentioned that the army men experienced a temperature of something like 29 degrees F. so that sold me right there I reasoned with myself "well if the bag that was to keep a person warm at 45 degrees and other people experienced comfort at 29 degrees F. I damn sure will buy that bag." My ability to reason with my self and come to a conclusion was ok I shall purchase the bag. Now that i'm on a roll with my not being happy with your merchandise your word is interesting...honestly not one of your merchandise has life (I think he meant live) up to your "word," sorry but true. To keep it short and sweet I am strongly considering not making any purchases from you again and that is sad because I want to be warm on a day like today in St. Louis, where the current ambient temperature is -2 degrees I hoped to buy something that would keep me warm also know about layering I knew about that raised in my family the parents would say you had better put on two layers because its cold out side and

so on. Any way I think you like the testimonies that in a word praise your merchandise but then again as a business man you should know by this time there are going to be dis-satisfied customers. I really had a lot of faith in you. Just keep on doing what your doing and you shall be just fine.

You have a lot of gall insulting my intelligence and ethics, that is a one time situation, you will never do it again!!!

The idea that I have used an insulation that is not Lamilite is both of the above.

I have sold many hundreds of these bags and NOT one person has come back to me claiming discomfort.

The bag I wrote about is the DESERT BAG used by 200 young Marines located at 29 Palms Ca. and when I was told that they were happy at 27 degrees I was very surprised because I did not think the bag would perform at that temperature and I do recommend plus 40 degrees and higher.

The fact that you claim being uncomfortable in your house in your bed with the temperature at plus 50 degrees tells me that you are not telling the truth.

As for you not buying any of my products, no problem, if you place an order it will be deleted.

There are many things that people have said about me that are erroneous and I do not care but when you attack my integrity you have stepped over the line.

The internet is available all over the world so if William wants to write about his erroneous thinking about me he is free to do that, what he is not free to do is ever buy another Wiggy product. If he wants to write to company presidents about products they sell that do not, nor do they have a chance of working he has a huge choice starting with The North Face, W.L. For those of you who do not recognize the above quote that come from Howard Roark’s speech at the climax of his trial in the book THE FOUNTAINHEAD by AYN RAND. For those who have read the book, I just read it again after first reading it in the late 60’s. It had more meaning for me. For those of you who have not read it do I have to say I do recommend that you do!

In the outdoor industry there is a pied piper leading the industry I believe to eventual ruin, the pied pipers are each and every company that sells materials referred to as “waterproof and breathable” and closely followed by the chemical companies. These companies have a significant following of parasites that are living off of them. The parasites only see easy money, they never think about the individual how pays for the bogus products.

I never have nor will I ever compromise my products because doing so would mean I am compromising my intelligence and that I will never do!!
