DON’T I JUST LOVE THESE TESTIMONIALS
Wiggy,
I got my hat. Thanks for the autograph.
I'm not much of a hat person, but this one is comfortable, and I'll wear it.
When the mailman delivered it, I told him what it was, and he said "Wiggys?"
I told him you made the shrink-wrapped ejection seat survival packs for the air force,
and being a retired Air Force vet, he said he's Google it. You may have another
customer.
I do have one complaint, since I received my Ducksback zippered jacket, I have had
no excuse not to walk daily. Rain, wind, snow. Just add the liner vest
and fishnet top if needed. I do have other clothing items, but it hasn't been cold enough
to wear anything other than my Supplex sweater and boots. The Urban Ducksback is too warm.
I've bought sleeping bags for other family members who would not otherwise have them.
I don't use mine much anymore. But at 74, I know that when I have the chance, I'll be toasty
warm.
My daughter used her superlight when she had to sleep in her car during the California wildfire
evacuations last fall. It kept her warm and comfortable.
Thanks for making excellent American made products.
Van S. Ferrell
Van was the first person to order a hat, so I autographed it. His response was an eye opener for me as I had no idea of how strong a customer he is. Van, thank you for all you do. Also, if you were a pilot today you would be flying with Wiggy’s in your ejection seat.

speaking of obsolescence, I have had a number of your products: sleeping bags, blankets (my favorite) vests and jackets over the years. There has never been any wear and tear whatsoever on any of these items. They are all basically like new. All this time I thought it was because we are easy on our things, but I understand now that the real reason is that everything is built to last. I must say that I believe that you are first and foremost invested in quality and what will work for the consumer. I am very proud of you for your attitude. Love, G
G has lived in western MA., for over 40 years so my products during some winters have gotten much use, her use of my products goes back to my Olam days and that was in 1976/7.
Thank you, G.

Couple of testimonials on the gear I picked up from you towards the end of December:
DUCKSBACK Zippered jacket and the custom DUCKSBACK leg jackets with zip in insulation: Awesome design and construction, jacket pockets are a good size to fit a DUCKSBACK Lamilite balaclava in one and a good pair of leather gloves in the other. Leg jackets are super warm, and easy to unzip a little for venting purposes.
The pair go together quite well, with the long cut of the jacket being sufficient to cover areas not covered by the leg jackets, or it can be pulled up to vent heat. I went out to try skiing, and even though I kept getting snow on my wrists, it was warm and dry within a couple of minutes despite 20-degree weather plus high winds. I suppose that is what the gauntlet on the Renegade mittens is for, which I will be acquiring shortly. Only issues I've seen are that the jacket seems a little small, which leads into my question.
What is the proper size for the jacket? I am 5' 10", and 160lbs. I normally wear medium dress shirts, so I assumed medium sizing for the jacket. I'm going to get a jacket liner in the near future, so I want to make sure I don't make the same mistake twice.
Thanks!

He should have ordered a large size.
When I read about the sustainable programs that other sellers of product to people for use in the great outdoors I am in a nauseated state of mind. Why because they do not make anything that is remotely sustainable. One word that they do know is “obsolescence”. The marketing people for ALL of these companies wake up each morning and think of what they can now make that in one year will become “obsolescent”.
Obsolescence is not a word that can be used to describe any product made by Wiggy’s Incorporated because the products may wear out, but it will take easily 20 or more years for that to happen.
Wiggy’s leaves no carbon footprint because all of the materials we use that become scraps are then baled up and sold off to bow hunters to use for targets. And many home sewers use it to make stuffed animals or what- ever.
When it comes to being, a good steward of the earth Wiggy’s is just that.
Keep the testimonials coming please.
