SUMMERTIME CAMPING VACATIONS
I remember in the 1940’s during and after WWII my parents as well as thousands of other parents left the cities, I lived in Brooklyn, for bungalows in the Catskill Mountains. What I did not know at that time and found out years later it was to escape the polio epidemic that seemed to occur each summer.
I was in heaven each summer because I could go and do as I pleased without parental supervision as I had to deal with in the city.
Today we have a new virus to deal with and apparently being in crowded areas as cities are people may want to get away and camping is as good a direction to take as there is.
From what we hear on the news all we know is it is spreading, and it came from China. Is it carried in fabrics and if so, were the fabrics used to make sleeping bag exposed to it? I do not know but just wonder.
All I can say is that the Wiggy’s bags are made from pure finish domestically produced materials so you can feel safe using the Wiggy’s sleeping bags.
That said, who would have thought that we would in this day and age have to worry about wear our clothing and other products come from or that our travel would be restricted. But that is how it is at the moment.
Stay close to home and get into the woods where these microbes do not go.
