It is always nice for me to read comments on videos. Thank you Christopher.
I guess when someone reads one listens to one of the videos they listen to all or at the least I hope so.
I suspect that people in the industry involved with the marketing of insulated products have taken the time or they should have to also listen to them and in their case should make an effort to learn about insulation. However, since I have observed that the companies who market insulated products have yet to learn anything. I know this to be true since none of the companies that market insulated products have made any effort to copy me.
The mere fact that so many have documented their experiences on my web site in testimonials as well as I have been discovering on many other web sites pertaining to staying warm and dry has been wonderful for me to read. To the contrary I also read stories about people suffering with other brands that are conjured up in Asia. It all comes down to one thing and only one thing the conjurers are in my opinion just plain old stupid. They use chopped staple fiberfill and it makes no difference how much proof is displayed that continuous filament fiberfill NEVER FAILS to keep people warm and dry.
I believe beyond question that so long as Wiggy’s bags are made with only Lamilite/Climashield sleeping bags from Wiggy’s will continue to be sold in greater and greater numbers. Over Memorial Day Weekend I sold more bags over $100.00 than all of the rei and ll bean stores combined. The reason for the success is simply because Wiggy’s bags work!!!!! The “no sleep sleeping bags” these companies offer do not work!!!
Why don’t they work, because the conjurers have literally zero knowledge of insulation as well as other aspects of what it takes to make a sleeping bag!
I believe these companies look at sleeping bags as loss leader items. They are more interested in selling clothing. Each person who buys a sleeping bag buys a clothing item, however each person who buys an article of clothing does not buy a sleeping bag. So, who best to try and sell to, the clothing buyer or sleeping bag buyer? These companies in my opinion forego the sleeping bag sales and it has been going on for years. Why (?) because they want to avoid returns, which is pretty significant I am told.
The sales of the sleeping bags at Wiggy’s is also encouraging more and more outerwear sales. Speaking of outerwear sales I suggest that people who do want some of what I am offering consider ordering earlier than in past years since our sales are actually increasing for fall of 2019.
