My representative sent me the new solicitation which is over 100 pages. The detail tells me they probably were really burned by I believe an American company that obviously knows nothing about making sleeping bags, as is evidenced by the fact that the bags delivered when put in the field failed to keep the soldiers warm.

Having gone through every page they are going to test the samples they receive from all the bidders.

I can tell you without hesitation or reservation the Wiggy 2 bag system surpasses everything they are asking for in the bid package. I also know there is no other company in the world who has Anything comparable.

Does that mean Wiggy’s will be the recipient of the contract. Time will tell. Right now all I want is for them to accept sample bags or bag from me. I will report when that happens.

In addition I want to point out that the Canadian military has a decision to make, it is to acquire a sleeping system that has proven itself to perform in arctic conditions since its inception about 1992 or no sleep sleeping bags that date back before 1992 and to this day as they now know still are no sleep sleeping bags.
