I have a number of Wiggy's items with Lamilite; someday I'll get some boots.

You may enjoy hearing I bought an Ultima Thule about 15 years ago, it is still working excellent. I also bought a FTRSS for non-winter camping. I camp in Michigan and it has gotten as low as -20 degrees. I have used the FTRSS with the Ultima Thule. I was toasty; I could have stayed in the bags all day!

I've had friends that were so impressed with your Ultima Thule bags; they bought four more of them.

I'm gradually replacing all the various forms of insulation I own with Lamilite. Warmer and softer than anything else I've tried.

Replacing my wool socks

These socks do indeed keep my feet warmer than wool. They dry quickly, if soaked, and my feet don't seem to sweat. I know that they do, I just don't feel it because it passes through so quickly.

First rate product

The primary function of this product is to keep your legs warm and dry in winter weather. It does so admirably. In spring and fall weather near the freezing point, they are very warm gaiters that protect your legs against wet weeds. An interesting and valuable aside, in emergency situations they can be zipped together to form a tube for emergency bivouacs. I suggest a slightly larger size to enable you to slide the tube up over your torso could be desirable. It also allows a moderate extension of sleeping bag temperature range as well.

There are many companies that pay “professional” outdoor going people to use their products so they can then advertise what they say. Do you think a paid “professional” will say something negative about their boss’s product, of course not?

I prefer to publish the comments from people who have spent their own money for products I make as I have been doing for years. I think when someone buys one of my products and uses it for 15 years as Fred has and then endorses the product it make me feel great. Thank you Fred.

Many write to me wanting me to donate a bag mostly for their expedition, why because they have read or heard about the bags ability to work. They tell me they will take pictures and write on their blog nice things. I tell one and all buy what you want. Then you can say whatever you want to say. As far as I know none ever buy product.

Once again abig thank you to one and all who do write to me. I like to publish what people say because it is obvious word of mouth advertising is “simply the best”!
