Why I do not have a need to hire people to tell me how good my products are!!! Here are two additional testimonials.
Jerry,
I trust that all is well with you.
I wanted to send a quick note and let you know how well your (now discontinued) chukka boots perform.
I wore them each day of SHOT Show last week, putting on several miles each day. Also wore them last year, with equal performance.
They were great, and my feet were never too hot.
In the evening I’d pull out the footpads so they could dry out as best as possible before the next day.
As all the products purchased from you, they are the best that money can buy.
One question - I’ve not treated them with anything yet, and they look like they need it.
What do you recommend?
Stay sharp!
Jeff

Normally I do not leave contact information with these testimonials but since they come from a business I have done so.
Jerry,
As an owner of the ultimate bag and Lamilite socks I just returned from 2 wks. doing an 1840 rendezvous where we had warm temps for a few days and then wind and cold most of the time. Just the bag at night was the best comfortable sleep I well enjoyed.
The socks were worn on my footwear and never an issue with damp cold feet. The Lamilite pad was comfortable and no extra blanket underneath as moisture never was an issue in comparison to those that used an air pad or quote thermo pad which never insulated them from the cold.
To hear from friends that needed several wool blankets just to try and get warm was a hoot. They wondered how my life was different than theirs in the night and morning which had me thankful for purchasing you gear several years ago.
If they don't follow up after finding out what I used is their own fault.
Hey, if a 73-year-old guy wants to be warm and dry I can only thank you for keeping me safe and healthy. Way in the past I tried other bags and regretted wasting my money. Extra blankets and thermo pads can't compare to your products.
As a Vietnam veteran for 5 years it's a shame the government laboratories won't concede to the fact of your quality product. Keep going and hopefully this will be another testimony to encourage the earth huggers in purchasing a worthwhile item.
Oh yeah, in a week I'm going back out for another wilderness adventure for 10 days and have survived that damp cold environment while others almost had to sit on a fire to regret sliding into their miserable sleep sack.
Happy New Year and I enjoy your emails from those that appreciate your items to those that supposedly know everything.
Mickey
Again, why is it necessary to pay someone to say good things about your products. I spend my money for something and if I think it is a good product, I have no hesitation telling others interested in this type of product my experience with it. It is obvious to me that people buying Wiggy products do the same. I state that with confidence based upon the number of testimonials that I have thus far received.
Before I had a web site where people could send me the testimonials, I received them in the mail. I have a box full of then maybe 400 that I may scan one day and publish, they date back to 1987 I believe.
One that comes to mind is from the University of Wyoming. They sent 8 people to the Aleutian Islands to do a survey of them. It was called the Aleutian Volcanic Expedition on the island of Seguam. They purchased 8 of my Ultima Thule bags. The first summer they surveyed part of one island and came home. The second summer they were on the island for one week when a horrific storm hit the island. Their tents were shredded, and all things were blown away. It was at night, so they were in their sleeping bags. Had it been during the day the bags would have also been blown away. it was 3 or 4 days before the Coast Guard could show up and rescue them. The only reason they survived they told me was because of the sleeping bags.
Having located the letter I did not realize it was that far back in time.
One day when I have the time, I’ll go through them and scan and post them, there are an awful lot. But I certainly enjoy reading the many accounts presented to me.
I found this email to me today as well. Thought it would be good reading from 2002.
