Jerry,
I'm always trying to get you
to sell me something cheaper- so I will grab stuff on sale, but....
... at the end of the day, I have never regretted buying any of your stuff,
even at full price.
I finally parted with my desert camo poncho liner, gave it to my former first
sergeant, so I will be back to pick up another one.
Hope your fall is going well, and I hope you guys keep going and going. You
have a good business, based on integrity, customer service, and simply the best
products.
I won't buy any other cold weather gear anymore, and I am absolutely obsessed,
since my Ohio Boy Scout days and my Marine and Army military days on staying as
comfortable as possible in the worst conditions.
Take care, my friend
Mark
In June I called Wiggys to finally purchase a bag, I used one in 2001 and have always wanted one. I'm a bigger guy with upper body girth. Jerry answered the phone and after a quick conversation about the sizing he went straight to the factory floor and set the order in motion. It arrived quickly and now after two BWCA trips this year I could not be happier. It performs above my expectation and is the perfect size for me!

Once again, I have to say thank you to my customers this time Mark and Chadd for sharing their experiences using our products and how they are treated.
All of the customers for Wiggy’s products are first and foremost people and each and everyone of them must be respected for being a person. All of us when calling almost all companies these days are shuffled around in a shabby manner. The companies can be large or medium size, it does not matter.
Some of my customers are surprised when they call after we have closed, left a message and then get a return call from me. I live with Cookie so I have plenty of time to call back un-interrupted. It can be done on Saturday and Sunday. I’m an old guy and do not go any where especially these days. When Kok and Pum are here for lunch if we get messages that someone called, they are present to see how I handle the calls. It is not complicated, customers are important and the day of the week they call Wiggy’s is irrelevant, they will get a return call.
I have probably stated in a previous newsletter that I under rate our bags purposely. If you buy an Ultra-Light rated to 20 degrees, you will be pleasantly surprise if the temperature on a given night goes to 10 degrees you will not wake up cold.
The bags are not rated for survival temperature, but comfortable temperatures.
In all cases I have tried to consider the customer above all first.
