wonderful letter of appreciation for bob and myself

A LETTER I RECEIVED TODAY 6/5/2017

Dear Jerry,

I wanted to say thank you for helping me out recently. My fiancé and I are going on a family trip to Yellowstone Park. She needed a warmer sleeping bag on short notice. I have used your Super Light sleeping bag for a few years now and love it. She tends to get colder on camp-outs so I let her use my Wiggy’s while I suffer in an old Coleman p.o.s. We ordered the bag on Sunday and are leaving on Friday. I called on Monday and spoke to you about our time crunch and shipping.Unfortunately I was at work during our conversation and had to cut it short.

I really wanted to express to you how great your products and customer service are. We received the bag on Thursday and we couldn’t be happier. I have many other products you make and use them regularly.

Lastly, on a trip to the Minnesota Boundry Waters last month I thought about something. I thought as I climbed into my sleeping bag how important a good warm night’s sleep really is. How I can count on at least one piece of equipment (your bag) won’t let me down. With so much disposable Wal-Mart junk out there it’s amazing to have found a company that gives a s*** like Wiggy’s. I really hope your company grows and prospers.
