Luxurious Ground Pad (Sleeping Pad) FAQ
Can I use it on a cot?
Yes. Secure it to the cot with the straps that hold it when it is rolled up.
How is it different from the standard Ground Pad?
It uses denser padding, 2 to 3 inches thick. The 72 inch Luxurious pad weighs 5 lbs versus 3.25 lbs for the standard 72 inch pad.
How cold can I use it?
We expect it to perform at -40°F, as long as your sleeping bag is rated for that temperature.
What sizes come in mated sets?
Mated Long (56 x 72 in) and Mated Extra Long (56 x 84 in), joined with a 65 inch molded tooth zipper.

Every piece is built in our own shop.
Built once. Used for decades.
One insulation. Everything we make.
Most bags stitch right through their insulation. Every seam is a cold spot. Wiggy's Lamilite is one continuous layer with nothing stitched through it. It breathes, keeps working when it gets damp, and dries fast.
- For families: no cold spots, so everyone sleeps warm.
- In the field: keeps insulating when it's wet.
- For programs: in service for decades, not seasons.
- At the edge of the map: rated to -60°F.
