Ground Pad (Sleeping Pad) FAQ
Is one pad enough for winter camping?
Yes. At 2 inches thick, the Wiggy's pad works on its own in winter conditions.
Does it need to be inflated?
No. The fiber lofts on its own with no valve, so there is nothing to puncture.
What happens if it gets wet?
The polyester fiber is completely unaffected by water.
What is a mated set?
Two pads joined with a 65 inch molded tooth zipper. They stay together under a mated pair of sleeping bags.
How much does it weigh?
The 40 in pad is 1.5 lbs, 60 in is 2.75 lbs, 72 in is 3.25 lbs, and 84 in is 4 lbs.

Every piece is built in our own shop.
Built once. Used for decades.
One insulation. Everything we make.
Most bags stitch right through their insulation. Every seam is a cold spot. Wiggy's Lamilite is one continuous layer with nothing stitched through it. It breathes, keeps working when it gets damp, and dries fast.
- For families: no cold spots, so everyone sleeps warm.
- In the field: keeps insulating when it's wet.
- For programs: in service for decades, not seasons.
- At the edge of the map: rated to -60°F.
