Description

The Wiggy's DUCKSBACK Sweater is a very light insulated layer that takes the place of a regular sweater. It pairs L-6 Lamilite insulation with a tough DUCKSBACK shell, so it works for everyday cold and active days outside.

  • Tougher shell. The updated DUCKSBACK shell is more wind resistant and, for some, more stylish.
  • Same proven insulation. It uses the L-6 Lamilite found in our FTRSS Overbag. Lamilite keeps insulating when damp and dries fast.
  • Blocks drafts. The front zipper is backed by a draft baffle.
  • Light to wear. It is extremely light in weight, so it layers easily under a shell or parka.

Sizes run Small to 3X-Large in Black, Olive, and Tan. Made in Colorado, USA.

What every Wiggy's has in common

One insulation. Everything we make.

Most bags stitch right through their insulation. Every seam is a cold spot. Wiggy's Lamilite is one continuous layer with nothing stitched through it. It breathes, keeps working when it gets damp, and dries fast.

  • For families: no cold spots, so everyone sleeps warm.
  • In the field: keeps insulating when it's wet.
  • For programs: in service for decades, not seasons.
  • At the edge of the map: rated to -60°F.
Why Lamilite works
Most bags: stitched throughEvery seam pinches the insulation flat. That's where the cold gets in.
Wiggy's Lamilite: one continuous layerNo stitching through the insulation. No cold spots.
