Poncho Liner with Zipper FAQ
Can I use the poncho liner as a sleeping bag?
Yes. The 118 inch zipper lets you zip it up like a sleeping bag. Zip two together, one on the bottom and one on top, for double the size.
How big is it?
It's 28 x 90 inches zipped and 56 x 90 inches fully unzipped. It weighs about 1.5 lbs.
What's the difference between this and the poncho liner with ties?
The ties version is a 60 x 90 inch flat liner made to tie into a poncho or shelter. The zipper version is built to be used more like a sleeping bag.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. It's covered by the Wiggy's Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.

Every piece is built in our own shop.
Built once. Used for decades.
One insulation. Everything we make.
Most bags stitch right through their insulation. Every seam is a cold spot. Wiggy's Lamilite is one continuous layer with nothing stitched through it. It breathes, keeps working when it gets damp, and dries fast.
- For families: no cold spots, so everyone sleeps warm.
- In the field: keeps insulating when it's wet.
- For programs: in service for decades, not seasons.
- At the edge of the map: rated to -60°F.
Outfitting a team?
