Super Light 0°F Mummy Sleeping Bag FAQ
How cold is the Wiggy's Super Light rated?
The Super Light is rated to 0°F (-18°C). Zipped inside the FTRSS Overbag, the system is rated to -40°F.
Is the Super Light a good winter camping sleeping bag?
It's a four-season bag rated to 0°F, and it's our most popular bag with both the Armed Forces and civilian campers. For nights well below zero, add the FTRSS Overbag to reach -40°F.
Will it keep me warm if it gets damp?
Lamilite keeps insulating when it gets damp and dries fast. That's one reason hunters, guides, and rescue teams rely on Wiggy's in wet, cold weather.
What size Super Light should I get?
Pick by width at the torso and length: Regular/Regular is 31 x 80 inches, Regular/Wide is 34 x 80, Long/Regular is 31 x 90, and Long/Wide is 34 x 90. Not sure? Call us at 970-241-5921 and we'll help you choose.
What's the difference between the Mummy and Boat Foot options?
The Boat Foot shapes the foot end like the bow of a boat, which pulls the Lamilite together around your feet for more warmth. The Long/Regular size isn't available with the Boat Foot.
How much does the Super Light weigh?
Between 4 and 5 lbs, depending on size. Regular/Regular is about 4 lbs and Long/Wide is about 5 lbs.
Where is the Super Light made?
In Colorado, USA, by Wiggy's, a family-owned company that has built sleeping bags since 1986.
What comes with the Super Light?
Every Super Light comes with a stuff sack and a pillow.
Is the Super Light covered by a warranty?
Yes. It's covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own it. Normal wear and the gradual loss of loft that comes with years of use aren't covered. See our Warranty page for the full details and how to make a claim.

Every piece is built in our own shop.
Built once. Used for decades.
One insulation. Everything we make.
Most bags stitch right through their insulation. Every seam is a cold spot. Wiggy's Lamilite is one continuous layer with nothing stitched through it. It breathes, keeps working when it gets damp, and dries fast.
- For families: no cold spots, so everyone sleeps warm.
- In the field: keeps insulating when it's wet.
- For programs: in service for decades, not seasons.
- At the edge of the map: rated to -60°F.
Outfitting a team?
